Let us introduce ourselves.  Patrick Murphy and Beth Krantz are both Licensed Real Estate Sales People and Brokers Associates.   We hold both CRS and ABR designations from the National Association of Realtors.  Our team, Murphy & Associates, is Prudential’s number one top producing real estate team in the state of Iowa.  In 2008, we were the second largest real estate producer in any company in the Des Moines Metro Area Market.  Since 2006, Prudential Real Estate Nationally has recognized as being in the top 2% of all Real Estate Agents Nationwide.  We pride ourselves on providing clients with the finest service and the best marketing and professional experience available anywhere.

Pat has been in the Real Estate business for 40 years, and Beth has been a licensed agent for 18 years.
